Lattice Semiconductor appoints John McCool and Raejeanne Skillern to Board

The Board of Directors increased its authorized size from eight to ten members and appointed John McCool and Raejeanne Skillern as independent directors effective October 21, 2026. Each director will receive an annual cash retainer of $80,000 and a prorated restricted stock unit award valued at $220,000 on the grant date. Mr. McCool brings extensive semiconductor and networking experience from Arista Networks and Cisco Systems, while Ms. Skillern offers deep expertise in cloud infrastructure and artificial intelligence from her tenure at Amazon Web Services and Intel Corporation. Lattice Semiconductor is a low power programmable logic and platform firmware leader.
