Lattice Semiconductor filed an amendment to its Current Report on Form 8-K to include the historical audited and unaudited financial statements of acquired business AM TopCo, Inc. (AMI) and pro forma combined financial information previously omitted from the original filing dated July 27, 2026. The acquisition closed in May 2026 for a final purchase price of $604.7 million. AMI reported $194.7 million in revenue and a net loss of $14.0 million for the year ended December 31, 2025. Lattice Semiconductor designs and sells programmable logic devices.
