ManpowerGroup appoints Lidia Fonseca to Board, increasing size from 12 to 13 directors

ManpowerGroup Inc. appointed Lidia Fonseca to its Board of Directors effective November 1, 2026, increasing the board size from twelve to thirteen members. Ms. Fonseca previously served as Chief Digital and Technology Officer and Executive Vice President at Pfizer Inc., where she led enterprise AI and digital strategy, and currently serves as Senior Advisor to Pfizer's CEO. She also sits on the Board of Directors of Medtronic plc. As a non-employee director, she will receive an annual cash retainer of $120,000 or deferred stock, plus an annual grant of deferred stock valued at approximately $180,000.
