ManpowerGroup names Becky Frankiewicz CEO effective Jan. 1, 2027; Jonas Prising becomes Executive Chair

The Board of Directors appointed Rebecca Frankiewicz as Chief Executive Officer and added her to the Board, effective January 1, 2027. She succeeds Jonas Prising, who will transition to Executive Chair before stepping down from the Board on December 31, 2027. The Board also increased its size from eleven to twelve directors. Frankiewicz’s compensation includes a $1.15 million base salary and a $7.5 million long-term incentive target for 2027. Prising will receive a $1 million annual salary as Executive Chair with a $5.2 million LTI target.
