Robert Pickering has stepped down from the Board of Marex Group Limited after completing his three-year term as Chair. The Board has appointed John Pietrowicz, an existing director who joined in April 2024 and chairs the Mergers and Acquisitions Committee, as the new Chair. Mr. Pickering will assist with the transition. Marex Group Ltd is a global financial services firm providing trading, clearing, and risk management solutions.
