On June 26, 2026, the High Court of Justice of England and Wales approved a statutory scheme of arrangement for Marex Group plc to redomicile. Under the Scheme, Marex Group Limited, a Bermuda exempted company, will become the parent holding company. Effective July 1, 2026, each existing Marex ordinary share will be cancelled in exchange for one New Marex ordinary share. Trading of the original shares on Nasdaq is expected to cease on June 30, 2026, with New Marex shares expected to begin trading under the ticker symbol MRX on July 1, 2026.
