Mynd.ai, Inc. announced that Arthur Giterman is stepping down as Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer, effective October 11, 2026. Mr. Giterman also resigned from the Board of Directors but will serve as an advisor to support the transition. The Board appointed Bin Shen as Chief Executive Officer and Interim Chief Financial Officer, effective October 12, 2026. Mynd.ai intends to appoint a permanent CFO after a comprehensive search. Mr. Shen joins from EchoStar Corporation with extensive experience in AI, software, and cloud computing.
