Mynd.ai will change its American Depositary Share ratio from ten ordinary shares per ADS to seventy-five, effectively executing a one-for-7.5 reverse split for ADS holders. The adjustment is expected to become effective on or about December 7, 2026, subject to completion of procedures with depositary Citibank. Fractional ADS entitlements will be aggregated and sold by the Depositary, with net cash proceeds distributed to holders.
