Effective July 3, 2026, Nomadar Corp. appointed Joaquin Martin, the current Chief Executive Officer of the Americas & Global Vice-Chairman, to its Board of Directors. Mr. Martin will serve until the next annual meeting of stockholders or until a successor is qualified. Concurrently, Manuel Vizcaino resigned from his positions as co-chairman and board member, effective the same date. The company stated that Mr. Vizcaino's resignation was not due to any disagreements regarding operations, policies, or practices. Nomadar Corp. is a technology company.
