Net income was $90 million, or $0.25 per diluted share, compared to $112 million in the prior year period. Adjusted EBITDA came in at $281 million, up $23 million year-over-year. The company also provided fourth quarter 2026 guidance, expecting consolidated revenues to be roughly flat year-over-year and Adjusted EBITDA between $260 million and $300 million.
