Nutrien declares quarterly dividend of US$0.55 per share payable January 15, 2027

The Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of US$0.55 per share. The payment is scheduled for January 15, 2027, to shareholders of record as of December 31, 2026. Canadian residents and intermediaries participating in CDS Clearing will receive the distribution in Canadian dollars based on the Bank of Canada daily average exchange rate on the record date. Shareholders outside Canada and those holding through The Depository Trust Company will receive US dollars.
