NVIDIA Corporation announced that Ajay K. Puri, Executive Vice President of Worldwide Field Operations, intends to retire upon the commencement of his successor's employment. Nicholas Parker, formerly of Microsoft Corporation, has been appointed as the new Executive Vice President, Worldwide Field Operations, effective August 24, 2026. Mr. Parker's compensation package includes a $1,000,000 annual base salary, a $5,000,000 sign-on bonus, and a $1,500,000 target annualized cash variable compensation. Additionally, he will receive $35,000,000 in restricted stock units and $5,000,000 in multi-year performance-based RSUs. NVIDIA is a technology company that designs graphics processing units and provides AI infrastructure.
