Old Dominion appoints former Waste Connections CEO Worthing Jackman to its Board

On September 22, 2026, John D. Kasarda retired from the Board of Directors effective immediately due to no disagreement with company operations. The Board elected Worthing F. Jackman as an independent director on the same date, appointing him to the Governance and Nomination Committee and Talent and Compensation Committee. Mr. Jackman, 62, previously served as CEO of Waste Connections Inc. from July 2019 to April 2023 and currently serves on boards for Quanta Services and WillScot Holdings. He will receive an annual cash retainer of $110,000 and a restricted stock award valued at $172,000.
