Old Dominion Freight Line reported third-quarter 2026 results with total revenue increasing 13.1% year-over-year to $1,590.7 million. Diluted earnings per share rose 28.9% to $1.65, driven by a 25.4% increase in operating income and an improved operating ratio of 71.5%. Net income grew 26.9% to $343.7 million. The company generated $469.5 million in net cash from operating activities and returned capital through share repurchases and dividends. Old Dominion Freight Line is one of the largest North American less-than-truckload motor carriers, providing regional, inter-regional, and national transportation services.
