Appoints Jordan Farnam as Chief Accounting Officer following Andrew Castellaneta's retirement

Omniccom Group Inc. announced that Andrew Castellaneta retired from his role as Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer on October 1, 2026, after more than 25 years with the company. The Board of Directors appointed Jordan Farnam to succeed him as Vice President, Global Financial Reporting and Chief Accounting Officer, effective immediately. Mr. Castellaneta will remain employed temporarily to facilitate a smooth transition, and his departure was not due to any disagreement regarding operations or policies.
