Omnicom Group Inc. reported third-quarter 2026 results with consolidated revenue of $6.4 billion, up from $4.0 billion in the prior year period, driven by the acquisition of The Interpublic Group of Companies (IPG) and organic growth. Core operations revenue increased 7.2% to $6.0 billion, while non-GAAP adjusted diluted earnings per share rose 22% to $2.73. Reported diluted EPS was $2.38. Operating income reached $991.7 million, with an adjusted EBITA margin of 18.2%. The company continues to integrate IPG and targets $900 million in cost-reduction synergies for 2026.
