Par Pacific appoints Jerry Stumbo as EVP – Refining and Logistics; Richard Creamer to retire

Par Pacific Holdings announced that Richard Creamer will retire as Executive Vice President – Refining and Logistics effective April 1, 2027, serving as Senior Advisor during the transition. The Board appointed Jerry Stumbo to succeed him in this role, effective September 28, 2026. Stumbo previously served as Vice President and General Manager of Valero’s Port Arthur Refinery. Par Pacific operates in the energy industry, owning and operating refining capacity and an extensive infrastructure network to provide renewable and conventional fuels to the western United States.
