Douglas Edwards resigned from The Children's Place, Inc. board of directors, effective July 13, 2026. Edwards previously chaired the Corporate Responsibility, Sustainability & Governance Committee and served on the Audit Committee. Following his departure, Hussan Arshad was appointed Chair of the Audit Committee, with Rhys Summerton joining as a member. Turki Saleh A. AlRajhi will chair the Corporate Responsibility, Sustainability & Governance Committee, alongside Hussan Arshad. The Audit Committee currently has only two members, leaving the company in temporary non-compliance with Nasdaq's three-member requirement; the company intends to appoint a third member before its May 2027 annual meeting.
