Primoris Services Corporation announced the appointment of James A. Greer and Oscar K. Brown to its Board of Directors, effective October 1, 2026. Concurrently, the Board increased the authorized number of directors from nine to ten members. Mr. Greer brings over 40 years of experience in energy delivery markets, including his recent role as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at Oncor Electric Delivery Company LLC. Mr. Brown contributes more than 25 years of industry experience, currently serving as President and CEO of Western Midstream Partners LP. Both directors will serve until the 2027 annual meeting and are compensated under the existing non-employee director program.
