RedHill Biopharma Ltd. announced the acquisition of exclusive global commercialization rights to Rebyota® and exclusive U.S. commercialization rights to Clenpiq® from Ferring Pharmaceuticals via a License and Commercial Supply Agreement. The transaction includes an upfront payment of $12 million, tiered royalties ranging from 5% to 20%, and potential sales milestones. RedHill funded the upfront cost through the previously announced $18 million divestiture of its Talicia® product. Rebyota generated approximately $16.9 million in U.S. net sales in 2025, while Clenpiq generated $20.6 million, bringing total combined 2025 net sales to roughly $37.5 million. The agreement features a 13-year initial term with automatic two-year renewals and requires minimum annual purchase commitments for Rebyota from 2027 through 2029.
