RedHill Biopharma Ltd. has commenced recognition and enforcement proceedings in Korea in respect of a New York Supreme Court final judgment in favor of the company, totaling approximately $10.9 million. The award includes approximately $8.9 million in the main judgment and approximately $1.95 million in legal fees and expenses, both including accrued 9% statutory interest.
