Construction Partners, Inc. completed its acquisition of Roads, Inc., an asphalt manufacturing and construction business based in Cantonment, Florida. The transaction includes a hot-mix asphalt plant located north of Pensacola, along with related crews and equipment. These operations are integrated into the company's existing Florida platform, C.W. Roberts Contracting Incorporated. The deal adds more than 150 employees to the organization and expands Construction Partners' presence in the Florida Panhandle.
