Rush Enterprises, Inc. announced that its subsidiary, Rush Truck Centres of Canada Limited, and the Company as guarantor, entered into a Fourth Amendment to the BMO Wholesale Financing and Security Agreement with Bank of Montreal. This amendment increases the total loan commitment for the RTC-Canada Floor Plan Credit Agreement from $171.7 million CAD to $194.7 million CAD, effective June 15, 2026.
