Rush Enterprises, Inc. entered into an agreement with MCT Companies to form a new joint venture named MCT Holdings, LLC. Rush Enterprises will acquire a 50% equity stake in the entity for approximately $47.5 million. The joint venture will operate MCT Companies' network of 17 truck, trailer, and rail refrigeration dealerships and three mobile service locations across California, Nebraska, Kansas, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Virginia. The transaction is expected to close during the third quarter of 2026 and will not be consolidated into the company's Truck Segment for financial reporting. Rush Enterprises operates the largest network of commercial vehicle dealerships in North America.
