SAIC appoints Kenneth Crews as CFO effective Dec. 7, Prabu Natarajan moves to lead Civilian Business Group

Science Applications International Corp announced that the Board appointed Kenneth B. Crews as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, effective December 7, 2026. Crews joins from Northrop Grumman with a base salary of $740,000, a bonus target equal to 100% of base, and long-term incentive targets including RSUs valued at $2 million plus a $250,000 sign-on payment. Concurrently, incumbent CFO Prabu Natarajan transitions to Executive Vice President of the Civilian Business Group on October 30, while continuing in his CFO role during the transition period until Crews assumes full duties. SAIC is a premier mission integrator providing technology and engineering services across defense, space, intelligence, and civilian markets.
