Science Applications International Corporation announced the appointment of David Benson and David Cush to its Board of Directors for an initial term expiring at the 2027 annual meeting. The board size increased from ten to twelve members effective August 20, 2026. Both directors will serve on the Audit Committee, with Mr. Benson also joining the Human Resources and Compensation Committee and Mr. Cush serving on the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee. They will receive standard non-employee director compensation pro-rated until the next annual meeting.
