Sigma Lithium Corporation announced it has entered negotiations with the Minas Gerais State Government to settle environmental fines totaling approximately US$540,000 issued by SUPRAM. The company expects to execute a TAC Agreement to resolve these matters and estimates an additional capex of approximately US$1,000,000 will be required to implement the proposed environmental procedure adjustments. Sigma Lithium is a producer of lithium oxide concentrate for the electric battery materials supply chain.
