Suzano S.A. announced that Mr. Aires Galhardo resigned as Executive Vice President of Pulp Industrial Operations, Engineering and Energy, effective August 28, 2026. The Board appointed current Executive Vice President Carlos Aníbal Fernandes de Almeida Júnior to succeed him, with his new role also encompassing Procurement, Certification Strategy, and leadership of Futuragene. Mr. Galhardo departs after more than 21 years of service at the company. Suzano operates in the pulp and paper industry.
