Teradata Corporation expanded its Board of Directors from nine to ten members by electing Bernd Leukert as a Class II director, effective August 1, 2026. This appointment fulfills obligations under a Cooperation Agreement with Lynrock Lake Partners and related entities announced in February 2026.
