Teradata Corporation entered into a new five-year unsecured revolving credit facility with Bank of America, N.A. and other lenders on June 24, 2026. The facility provides up to $400 million in aggregate principal, including sublimits for standby letters of credit and swingline loans, with an option to increase it to $200 million. This agreement replaces a 2022 credit agreement that included a term loan commitment which was repaid in full. Teradata is a data analytics and cloud services provider.
