TIM S.A. announced a proposal to distribute R$400,000,000.00 in interest on shareholders' equity (IE). The distribution will be paid at a gross value of R$0.1674573219 per share. Shareholders of record as of June 22, 2026, are entitled to receive the payment, which will be made by July 22, 2026. A 17.5% income tax withholding will apply to the credit, except for exempt or differently taxed shareholders. The Fiscal Council expressed a favorable opinion on this management proposal.
