Turkcell amended its Long-Term Loan Agreement with China Development Bank on June 22, 2026. The second tranche of the total RMB 2.46 billion credit package was revised from RMB 1.23 billion to RMB 700 million. The annual fixed interest rate for this tranche decreased from 4.98% to 4.30%.
