Theriva Biologics, Inc. announced the publication of Phase 1 clinical trial results for VCN-01 in Head & Neck Squamous Cell Carcinoma (HNSCC) in the journal Clinical Cancer Research. The trial, involving 20 patients, showed median overall survival of 15.5 months in the sequential Arm II LD and 17.3 months in the sequential Arm II HD.
