Chief Financial Officer Michael D. Hill notified the board of his intention to retire effective July 27, 2026. The company appointed David Tamez, currently Senior Vice President of Treasury Management, as interim CFO effective July 27, 2026, while a permanent successor is sought. Mr. Hill's retirement was not due to any disagreements regarding company operations, policies, or practices. Upland Software provides cloud software solutions for enterprise digital transformation.
