Telefônica Brasil approves R$500 million gross interest on capital distribution for fiscal year 2026

The Fiscal Council of Telefônica Brasil S.A. unanimously approved a proposal to declare Interest on Capital (IoC) totaling R$500 million gross, or approximately R$412.5 million net of withholding income tax. The per-share amount is set at R$0.15646482856 gross and R$0.12908348356 net, based on the shareholding position as of August 31, 2026. This distribution will be credited to shareholders of record by September 25, 2026, and applied toward the mandatory minimum dividend for fiscal year 2026, subject to approval at the Ordinary General Meeting in 2027.
