On July 10, 2026, VPR Brands, LP entered into a Settlement and Patent License Agreement with R.J. Reynolds Vapor Company to resolve litigation in the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware regarding U.S. Patent No. 8,205,622 B2. Under the terms, R.J. Reynolds Vapor Company will pay the company $14,900,000 in exchange for a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, and irrevocable license to the patent for specific Licensed Products.
