The agreement settles potential patent disputes regarding U.S. Patent No. 8,205,622 B2 and grants a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual license to JUUL Labs, Inc. under the patent and other patent claims. VPR Brands, LP is a patent owner and intellectual property licensing company.
