WISeKey International Holding Ltd shareholders approved the company's redomiciliation from Switzerland to the British Virgin Islands at an Extraordinary General Meeting held on September 9, 2026. The approval validates a merger agreement dated June 26, 2026, under which WISeKey will merge with and into its wholly owned subsidiary, WISeKey International Corp., a BVI entity that will survive as the publicly traded parent company.
