Willdan raises FY2026 net revenue target to $435M-$445M as Q3 contract revenue grows 17.9% to $214.5 million

Willdan Group reported third-quarter contract revenue of $214.5 million, up 17.9%, and net revenue of $112.2 million, up 18.1%. Net income declined 13.6% to $11.9 million, while adjusted EBITDA rose 22.4% to $28.3 million. The company raised its full-year fiscal 2026 net revenue guidance to between $435 million and $445 million and introduced preliminary FY2027 targets projecting over $1 billion in contract revenue. Willdan also closed the Mantis Innovation acquisition, expanding its energy management services for commercial and industrial customers.
