YPF completes acquisition of remaining 75.01% stake in YPF Luz to achieve full ownership

YPF Sociedad Anónima completed the acquisition of an additional equity interest in its subsidiary, YPF Energía Eléctrica S.A. (YPF Luz), on October 14, 2026. The company previously held a 24.99% stake, making this purchase the final step to consolidate full control over the electricity generation subsidiary.
