YPF raises US$1.2 billion via bond and acquires remaining YPF Luz stake for US$430 million

YPF raised US$1.2 billion through a nine-year bond at 7.85% yield, with proceeds used to pre-fund 2027 and 2029 maturities. The company also acquired the remaining 25% stake in YPF Luz for US$430 million via acquisition financing, bringing ownership to 100%. Third-quarter adjusted EBITDA reached US$2,503 million, down 11% sequentially but up 84% year-over-year. Free cash flow was US$901 million, and net leverage declined to 0.8x. YPF operates in the integrated oil and gas industry.
