Asbury Automotive Group reported second quarter 2026 net income of $115 million, or $6.25 per diluted share, a 25% decrease from $153 million in the prior year period. Adjusted net income was $125 million, or $6.82 per diluted share, down 15% year-over-year. The company generated $4.4 billion in revenue and $753 million in gross profit. Used retail gross profit per unit grew 16% to $2,002. Asbury repurchased approximately 668,000 shares for $131 million during the quarter, leaving $322 million remaining on its authorization. The company also announced that 70% of its stores had been converted to the Tekion dealer management system as of July 28, 2026. Asbury Automotive Group operates one of the largest automotive retail and service networks in the United States.
