Sponsor 21Shares US LLC has terminated the Support Services Agreement with ARK Investment Management LLC, effective December 22, 2026. Consequently, the fund will change its name to 21Shares Bitcoin ETF and update its Cboe BZX Exchange ticker symbol to TBIT by December 15, 2026. This marks a strategic shift in management and branding for the cryptocurrency investment vehicle.

On June 30, 2026, 21Shares US LLC terminated its Pricing Benchmark Licensing Agreement with CF Benchmarks Ltd. effective August 31, 2026, to transition to a new benchmark provider. The Sponsor intends to enter into a new licensing agreement with FTSE International Limited on or about August 24, 2026, to provide FTSE index data for valuing the Trust's shares and calculating net asset value. ARK 21Shares Bitcoin ETF operates in the digital asset investment management industry and provides Bitcoin-based exchange-traded funds.
