On June 12, 2026, Brady Corporation entered into a new $1.0 billion Credit Agreement to finance its pending acquisition of Honeywell International Inc.’s Productivity Solutions and Services (PSS) business. The facility consists of a $500 million term loan and a $500 million revolving credit facility, replacing a previous 2019 agreement. Both facilities mature on June 12, 2031. The agreement includes an incremental facility feature of up to $550 million and establishes a maximum consolidated net leverage ratio of 3.50 to 1.00, which temporarily increases to 4.00 to 1.00 following the PSS closing. The company will use the funds for the acquisition, transaction costs, capital expenditures, and working capital.
