Caterpillar Inc. reported second-quarter 2026 financial results for the period ended June 30, 2026. Caterpillar Inc. has appointed Kyle Epley as Chief Financial Officer, effective May 1, 2026, succeeding Andrew R.J. Bonfield. As part of the appointment, Epley's annual salary will increase to $930,500, and he will receive a long-term incentive grant with a grant date fair value of $1.8 million.
