Edward McGee, the current CFO, Principal Financial and Accounting Officer, and Board member, is stepping down for personal reasons on a good terms. Kathryn Masci and Daniel Plourde, both previously Senior Vice Presidents of Finance, promoted to serve as interim Co-Chief Financial Officers and Co-Chief Financial Officers of the sponsor, with Ms..
