Innate Pharma S.A. entered a strategic partnership with Swedish Orphan Biovitrum AB (Sobi) to license lacutamab for T-cell lymphoma, enabling the initiation of the TELLOMAK-3 confirmatory Phase 3 study in cutaneous T-cell lymphoma. Under the agreement, Sobi pays Innate Pharma USD 75 million upon closing and grants exclusive global commercialization rights upon potential accelerated approval. Innate is eligible for up to USD 40 million in near-term development milestones, up to USD 465 million in regulatory and commercial milestones, and tiered double-digit royalties on net sales. The upfront payment extends Innate's cash runway through Q3 2027. Concurrently, Innate appointed Markus Jensen as Chief Medical Officer effective September 1, 2026, succeeding Sonia Quaratino. This clinical-stage biotechnology company develops immunotherapies for cancer patients.
