Innate Pharma S.A. entered a strategic partnership with Swedish Orphan Biovitrum AB (Sobi) to license lacutamab for T-cell lymphoma, enabling the initiation of the TELLOMAK-3 confirmatory Phase 3 study in cutaneous T-cell lymphoma. Under the agreement, Sobi pays Innate Pharma USD 75 million upon closing and grants exclusive global commercialization rights upon potential accelerated approval. Innate is eligible for up to USD 40 million in near-term development milestones, up to USD 465 million in regulatory and commercial milestones, and tiered double-digit royalties on net sales.
