On June 26, 2026, Kimball Electronics entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Helvoet Polymer Technologies B.V. and Helvoet Rubber & Plastics Technologies (India) Pvt. Ltd. from Hydratec Industries N.V. The acquisition closed on July 1, 2026, for a cash purchase price of approximately €90 million ($103 million), funded via cash and existing lines of credit. Approximately €1.8 million of the purchase price is held in escrow to secure the seller's obligations. The transaction price is subject to post-closing working capital adjustments.
