Mueller Water Products reported fiscal 2026 third-quarter net sales of $395.9 million, a 4.1% increase year-over-year, driven by higher pricing across most product lines. Reported net income rose 28.2% to $67.3 million, or $0.43 per diluted share, while adjusted net income increased 48.1% to $78.8 million, or $0.50 per diluted share. Adjusted EBITDA grew 24.3% to $107.4 million with an expanded margin of 27.1%. The company raised its full-year fiscal 2026 adjusted EBITDA guidance to between $367 million and $372 million, representing a 12.5% to 14.0% increase over the prior year.
