Nanobiotix announced complete Phase 1 results for JNJ-1900 (NBTXR3) in patients with inoperable, recurrent non-small cell lung cancer. All 24 evaluable subjects completed treatment with no dose-limiting toxicities or Grade 3+ adverse events related to the drug or injection procedure. One-year locoregional control was 79%, local progression-free survival was 61%, and overall survival was 70%. The study established a recommended Phase 2 dose at 33% of gross tumor volume, demonstrating clinically meaningful local control at substantially lower re-irradiation doses than prior courses. Enrollment in the dose-escalation and expansion phases is complete, with additional patient enrollment planned. Nanobiotix operates as a late-stage clinical biotechnology company pioneering physics-based nanotechnology approaches to expand cancer treatment possibilities.
